Delete your account in the app
Open the Xolo Club app, go to Profile, open Danger zone and tap Delete account. After you confirm, your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Without the app
Email contact@xoloclub.com from any address and include the mobile number you joined with. We will confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in, and your name, mobile number, email and birthday at every venue where you are a member. Rewards you have earned but not yet claimed are cancelled, and your points or stamp balance is lost. Deletion cannot be undone.
What is kept
Venues keep a record of past visits and rewards they gave, with nothing that identifies you, so their own history stays accurate. If you join a venue again later, you start a new membership. See our Privacy Policy for more.
