Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Guests join and check in on your kiosk with just their phone number. The member app is optional for guests who want to track their progress.
What hardware do I need?
An iPad and a counter stand. The kiosk runs full-screen and stays locked to your venue. Don’t have one? We can provide the iPad and stand, fully set up, for $300 USD one-time.
Do you install it for me?
Yes, for businesses in Seattle and the surrounding area. We come to your venue and set up the kiosk at your counter.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Each location is $99.99/month, billed prorated from the day you add it. Members and balances stay with your club across every location.
How do I stop guests from checking in twice?
Set a check-in cooldown — off, 1 hour, 4 hours or once a day — so only real visits count.
What happens when my SMS messages run out?
Each location includes 400 SMS a month. Add a 1,000-message pack for $49.99 any time — credits never expire.
Can I change my reward later?
Yes. Update your program from the dashboard and the kiosk and member app pick it up automatically.
